Job summary

D2B is seeking an Offshore Ecommerce Catalog & Integration Specialist to manage the ecommerce platform (PrestaShop) and maintain integrations between printer and supplies databases. The role starts with project-based website and database work and may grow to include administration, digital marketing, and AI-assisted workflows.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and technically capable, with experience in large catalogs, API integrations, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ecommerce websites on platforms like PrestaShop, Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Strong front-end design skills with HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Hands-on experience integrating ecommerce platforms with inventory and supplier feeds.
• Experience working with APIs, automated feeds, CSV imports, and database synchronization.
• Able to troubleshoot product, inventory, and data integration issues.
• Experience handling large product catalogs and high-volume SKUs.
• Excellent written English and high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow complex multi-step processes accurately.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software and AI tools.
• Highly organized, autonomous and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the ecommerce website and optimize user experience.
• Manage thousands of product listings and SKUs, and update content visuals.
• Ensure accurate links between printer models and compatible supplies.
• Work with APIs, data feeds, and CSVs to synchronize databases.
• Create responsive front-end layouts and improve navigation.
• Support future digital marketing activities and AI-driven workflows.
