Job summary

XAPT in the Philippines is seeking a Support Consultant to join our Global Support team. The role focuses on troubleshooting tickets, learning Microsoft Dynamics 365, and delivering advisory for optimal configurations, all while working remotely in an international environment.

You will engage in root cause analysis, documentation, and regular customer calls, with opportunities to grow through trainings and Microsoft certifications. A strong English command and ERP/CRM familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, in speaking and writing.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 support/consulting/implementation is an advantage.
• Experience working with ticketing systems.
• Client-focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of software development and QA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incoming tickets and monitor them in the ticketing system.
• Perform root cause analysis, regression testing, and provide accurate documentation.
• Organize and conduct regular calls with customers based on tickets.
• Learn the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics products and related addons during trainings.
• Continual self-training to build skills in logistics/production and new technologies.
• Help customers break down complex business problems into solvable parts.
• Provide advisory for optimum system configuration.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value.
• Utilize feedback to improve products and services.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops, or demonstrations remotely or on-site as required by the customer.
