Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group in the Philippines seeks a Senior Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead functional and configuration workstreams across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. You will translate business needs into CRM capabilities, run workshops, and collaborate with technical teams on integrations, training, and go-live activities.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, user enablement, and ongoing optimization for client success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
5–7 years of Dynamics 365 CE implementation experience.
Strong understanding of CRM processes across sales, service, or marketing.
Experience with Power Platform is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and CRM lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Lead the functional implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Configure core components such as entities, workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
Translate business requirements into system capabilities and provide input to solution design and architecture.
Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs with stakeholders and end users to validate requirements and demonstrate features.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, custom development, and system enhancements.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training delivery, and go-live activities.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Assist in creating documentation including functional specifications, test cases, and user guides.
