Job summary

XAPT is seeking a Support Consultant to join its Global Support team. The role focuses on troubleshooting tickets, learning Microsoft Dynamics 365, and advising on optimal system configurations.

You will engage in regular customer calls, analyze root causes, and document findings while expanding knowledge across ERP/CRM platforms through trainings and hands-on practice. Remote work is available, with opportunities for certifications.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT, economics or related field is required.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 support/consulting/implementation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incoming tickets and monitor them in the ticketing system.
• Perform root cause analysis, regression testing and document results clearly.
• Organize and conduct regular calls with customers based on tickets.
• Learn Microsoft Dynamics products and related add-ons during trainings.
• Continuously self-train to build knowledge in logistics/production and new technologies.
• Help customers break down complex problems into solvable pieces and advise on configurations.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value and leverage feedback to improve products and services.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops or demonstrations remotely or on site as required.
