Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant to deliver high-quality application support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for clients using Dynamics 365 BC and related solutions. The role focuses on resolving cases, optimising performance, and ensuring clients derive value after go-live.

Fully remote in the Philippines, you will handle support cases, perform configurations, assist with UAT, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to knowledge management.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
• Understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory modules.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve support cases, diagnose issues, and meet SLAs.
• Perform configuration updates, testing, support system improvements, and assist with UAT.
• Engage with stakeholders, provide updates, and advise on best practices.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long term solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Work with consultants and developers to support transitions.
