Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience on a DTC ecommerce site or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to grasp new concepts across platforms and ask questions when needed.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform (Shopify) and CMS (Contentful) to ensure on-time launches and accurate product representation.
• Product Launch Support: Upload images/content and build product/listing pages ahead of launch.
• Pre-Launch QA: QA site content for links, imagery, copy accuracy, and fidelity to designs before publishing.
• Catalog Management: Maintain product catalogs in Contentful and Shopify with accurate metadata.
• Merchandising Support: Assist with navigation, search, filters, facets, and listing experiences.
• Content Publishing: Build, QA, publish, and maintain homepage content and landing pages.
• Site Audits: Fix broken links, outdated content, and merchandising gaps ahead of key sales moments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with logistics, marketing, engineering, brand, product, design, and customer service to drive sales.
