MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the setup, launch, monitoring, QA, reporting, and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This entry-level role offers guidance from experienced team members and hands-on Ad Operations training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution is required.
• Up to one year of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
• Interest in pursuing a career in digital advertising or campaign management.
• Proficiency in Excel for data reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Campaign setup and execution across ad servers, buying platforms, social and search platforms.
• Maintain campaign information including dates, budgets, targeting, and tracking URLs.
• Upload assets and assist with tags, pixels, and measurement components.
• Perform QA checks pre- and post-launch and support reporting and optimization.
• Monitor delivery, pacing, spend, and performance indicators; elevate issues as needed.
• Prepare recurring reports and status updates using Excel and related tools.
