Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing roles.
• Hands-on Google Ads campaign management including setup, optimization and reporting.
• Experience with paid social ads (Meta) and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Strong analytics, GA reporting and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
• Proven content creation across channels with AI tool familiarity while keeping brand voice.
• Email marketing experience and nurturing programs; strong copy and communications.
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, LinkedIn, email and other channels to support lead gen and growth.
• Create and manage high-quality digital marketing content across channels with internal SMEs, translating technical info into compelling messaging.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and customer nurture programs.
• Monitor, analyze and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns and content based on data-driven insights and ROI considerations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategy and improve processes and workflows.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, AI tools and platform updates.
