You will manage calendars, run email/SMS campaigns, and support website updates while researching market trends and leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant with digital marketing focus.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business needs.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop clients’ brand identity, messaging, and content strategy.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content and other digital marketing assets across multiple platforms.
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments or messages when needed.
• Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Support website content updates, landing pages, and other digital marketing initiatives as assigned.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, content opportunities, and marketing recommendations
• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, research, and overall work efficiency.
• Continuously learn and adapt to emerging digital marketing trends, AI technologies, new tools, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and follow up with team members on pending deliverables.
• Prioritize tasks and organize project timelines.
• Prepare progress reports and status updates based on client requirements.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Document workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal use.
