Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience managing social media and creating digital content.
• Experience with content marketing and email marketing.
• Good understanding of SEO and website marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Zoho, and/or Salesforce.
• Experience using Canva or similar creative tools.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday work.
• Experience in Linked In promotion and engagement

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company's digital presence across relevant channels.
• Research competitors, industry trends and new marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Lead marketing to existing customers to grow product counts.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage and catalogue all marketing assets.
• Create engaging social media content and editorial calendars.
• Write blogs, emails, and website content; repurpose content across platforms.
• Update website content and support SEO initiatives.
• Utilise AI tools to improve productivity and campaign development
• Prepare regular marketing reports and identify improvements
