Job summary

BruntWork in Manila is seeking a junior Digital Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing activities, including email marketing, content preparation, and digital channel updates. The role emphasizes execution, can manage multiple tasks, and follows established workflows.

You will liaise with partners, resize assets, assist with copywriting, update event listings, and track tasks in Monday.com. This is a 25-hour-per-week, Monday-to-Friday role with permanent work-from-home perks for

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Basic Canva experience.
Experience with Figma and asset resizing/formatting.
Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or SevenRooms.
Basic copywriting and content editing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable coordinating with partners and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist with email marketing activities and general marketing coordination.
Liaise with partners and stakeholders to coordinate requirements, information, and deliverables.
Support partner deliverables and follow up on outstanding requirements.
Resize and format images and other marketing assets.
Assist with basic marketing copywriting and content editing.
Update website event listings and other basic website content.
Maintain and update digital channels, including the website and Linktree.
Organise and track marketing tasks and deliverables through Monday.com.
Participate in daily morning huddles to review priorities and progress.
Provide general administrative and marketing support as required.
