Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in digital marketing, marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, digital advertising, SEO, and analytics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Help manage and update social media accounts, website content, and other digital channels
• Create and coordinate social media posts, basic marketing materials, articles, and other content
• Assist with Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing activities
• Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, campaign results, and leads
• Help prepare marketing reports and performance summaries
• Assist with product launches, product communications, and promotional campaigns
• Help maintain product information, website content, store listings, and release updates
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Coordinate marketing tasks and timelines with marketing, design, development, and other teams
• Help maintain marketing files, documentation, and knowledge-base content
• Support customer and client communications related to marketing and product information when needed
• Assist with other marketing projects and day-to-day activities as assigned

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and execution-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand, products, and customer base through effective digital marketing and product communications.

You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, support product launches, and use data to improve performance. We’ll provide structured training to help you build deep product knowledge and strengthen your skills with modern digital marketing tools.
