Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in marketing support, social media, or related role.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience creating social media posts, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Experience assisting with social media or marketing projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work a night shift to accommodate U.S.-based clients and business operations.
• Must be amenable to work onsite (Philexcel Clark, Pampanga).

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day marketing and social media projects.
• Create social media posts, flyers, and other marketing materials using Canva.
• Support the development and preparation of visual content for marketing campaigns.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating marketing-related tasks and projects.
• Make revisions and updates to marketing materials based on feedback.
• Help ensure marketing content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate with team members and/or clients regarding marketing requests and revisions.
• Manage multiple marketing tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Provide general administrative and creative support for marketing initiatives.
