Responsibilities

• Marketing & Creative Support: Design marketing materials using Canva; Create social media graphics, promotional assets, and branded content; Develop visuals for Facebook and other social media platforms; Assist with website wireframes and visual concepts; Support marketing campaigns and content production; Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creative projects; Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Administrative Support: Manage calendars and schedule appointments; Assist with email and inbox management; Respond to guest and customer inquiries; Upload and maintain HR and compliance documentation; Perform systems administration tasks; Track and report missing documentation; Keep accurate records and databases updated; Provide general administrative support across the business.
