Remote Genie in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Verification Specialist to verify and document participation status with dental insurances and related providers. The role includes handling calls, scheduling, preparing materials, and maintaining accurate client records in Google Sheets, collaborating with the Account Manager.

You will coordinate project timelines for external clients, prepare paperwork for assigned accounts, and respond to routine inquiries while escalating

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental insurance verification preferred.
• Experience working with US dental insurance companies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset.
• Background in project management or customer service is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Verifies and documents participation status with dental insurances and umbrellas.
• Take calls to follow up on specific issues or requests with insurance and umbrellas.
• Assist with client communication, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on action items.
• Maintain accurate client records and update account information in Google Sheets for shared updates between client and Account Manager.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for external clients to maintain progress within their given process.
• Prepare paperwork (contract applications and letter requests) for assigned accounts.
• Handle routine client inquiries and escalated complex issues appropriately.
