Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier to join our Dental Insurance Billing/Collections Team, supporting dental clinics in the United States.

You will confirm eligibility via web portal, fax, or phone; gather coverage details for procedures; and enter information into the Practice Management System. This role offers mostly night shifts and a work‑from‑home setup with company equipment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier.
• Familiar with Dental Insurance policy types: PPO, HMO, MediCal.
• Able to navigate major Dental Practice Management systems (scheduling, demographics, insurance info).
• Understanding of general dentistry procedures.
• Strong accuracy, detail, and time management.
• Data entry speed of 40 WPM or better.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
• Work from home with reliable internet and backup connection.

Responsibilities

• Confirm dental insurance eligibility via web portal, fax back, phone call.
• Gather patient eligibility for specific Dental procedures, including coverage percentages, history, frequency limitations, billing guidelines.
• Enter eligibility information in the Dental clinic's Practice Management System.
• Work with the Dental clinic real time to verify eligibility of walk-in patients and specific diagnosed procedure(s).
