Qualifications
- Previous dental insurance/VA experience required.
- Experience with claims, referrals, pre-authorizations & PPO verification.
- Experience with Liberty Dental is preferred.
- Experience with Cloud 9 EMR and/or Curve Dental is a plus.
- Pediatric dental experience is a plus.
- Strong English communication and attention to detail.
- Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop.
Responsibilities
- Work on rejected/denied dental claims.
- Submit and follow up on referrals and pre-authorizations.
- Verify PPO dental insurance for scheduled patients.
- Check eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
- Communicate with insurance companies and the dental team.
- Maintain accurate insurance documentation.
