Qualifications

• Previous dental insurance/VA experience required.
• Experience with claims, referrals, pre-authorizations & PPO verification.
• Experience with Liberty Dental is preferred.
• Experience with Cloud 9 EMR and/or Curve Dental is a plus.
• Pediatric dental experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication and attention to detail.
• Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop.

Responsibilities

• Work on rejected/denied dental claims.
• Submit and follow up on referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Verify PPO dental insurance for scheduled patients.
• Check eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
• Communicate with insurance companies and the dental team.
• Maintain accurate insurance documentation.
