Job summary

Two Connect in the Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain & Demand Planner to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, purchasing, and supplier coordination from a remote, dayshift schedule (0700 AM–0400 PM PHT). You will use historical data, forecasts, and AI-enabled tools to drive accurate plans and stock availability.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations, monitor forecast accuracy, support campaigns, coordinate with suppliers and logistics, and contribute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in demand planning, inventory planning, procurement, or analytical roles.
• Experience with demand planning, ERP, inventory management, or reporting systems.
• Exposure to AI-enabled forecasting, automation, or analytics is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and promotions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on business conditions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage purchasing, replenishment, and inventory to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate production requirements with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Analyse and report on demand, inventory, production, and performance; maintain dashboards.
