Job summary

ZUS Coffee Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to optimize our operations. You will analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to forecast demand and coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to balance stock in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities include inventory planning, safety stock calculations, and cross‑functional collaboration to implement and maintain demand and supply plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demand forecasting based on historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality.
• Supply and inventory planning to prevent shortages or excess.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop supply plans.
• Track forecast accuracy and OOS metrics.
• Maintain audit-ready records and documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks and refine planning models using data insights.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
