Job summary

Twoconnect Careers in the Philippines is seeking a Demand Planner to support demand planning, purchasing, inventory analysis, and production scheduling across the business. You will use historical sales data, forecasts, promotions, and AI-enabled tools to develop accurate demand plans and ensure stock availability.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive planning activities, monitor forecast accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in demand or inventory planning or analytical roles.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or reporting systems.
• Experience with suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners is valued.
• Exposure to AI-enabled forecasting or analytics is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of replenishment planning and supply chain operations.
• Ability to identify trends, validate data, and make practical recommendations.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using sales data, trends, and promotions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on business conditions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support promotional planning by assessing demand uplift and inventory needs.
• Manage purchasing and replenishment to ensure product availability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimise stockouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers for production and delivery Schedule.
• Analyse and report on demand, inventory, production, and supply chain performance.
• Maintain planning tools, dashboards, trackers, and reporting models.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory visibility, and efficiency.
