DCX is hiring a Home-Based Account Manager Trainee to manage end-to-end promotional order processes for client accounts. You will source products via SAGE, ESP Web, CommonSKU and other platforms, prepare client presentations, and coordinate with suppliers on pricing and timelines.

You will proactively communicate with clients about order status and help grow assigned accounts. The role requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 6+ years in related fields, with strong English communication and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing or Communications.
• 6+ years in account management, vendor management, B2B/B2C sales, order management, supply chain, e-commerce or marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google apps; experience with CRMs is a plus.

• Manage end-to-end promotional order lifecycle.
