Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Data Support Representative to join a U.S.-based not-for-profit trade association in the promotional products industry. You will maintain member and distributor records across multiple systems and execute roster changes, updates, and removals with accuracy.

This short-term contract (2.5 months) allows remote work from the Philippines with overnight/US hours compatibility. Strong English communication and data-management skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Administrative/Data roles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM/databases.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved roster updates, additions, removals, and profile changes across systems.
• Apply approved distributor membership updates across systems.
• Perform manual data cleanup caused by sync failures.
• Support merger and acquisition execution after approval.
• Maintain logs of manual interventions and escalate unclear scenarios.
