DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Data Support Representative to maintain accurate member records for a U.S.-based not-for-profit trade association in the promotional products industry.

This short-term contract runs about 2.5 months with an immediate start, performing roster updates, data cleanup, and membership changes across multiple systems. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and experience in data entry or office administration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Office Admin Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer and internet skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with CRM, membership, or database systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved roster updates, additions, removals, and profile changes
• Apply approved distributor membership updates across systems
• Perform manual data cleanup caused by sync failures
• Support merger and acquisition execution after approval
• Maintain logs of manual interventions
• Escalate unclear scenarios per defined process
