You’ll use Excel and Google Sheets to consolidate sources, resolve mismatches, and ensure clean, well-documented records before client go-live. Ideal candidates have sharp attention to detail, experience with data reconciliation, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required for large, messy datasets.
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-stakes work.
• Fluent written English and clear communication.
• Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP, conditional formatting) and Google Sheets.
• Experience with data matching, cleaning, and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Combine salary data and job descriptions into a consistent record.
• Resolve mismatches in job titles and codes across sources.
• Match job classifications to labor agreements.
• Convert salary figures to annualized values.
• Detect and resolve duplicate records.
• Apply standardized formatting across the dataset.
• Document data issues and resolutions for the team.
