Job summary

Pandoblox is seeking a Data Project Manager to orchestrate data-centric engagements, including architecture, migrations, ETL pipelines, and BI dashboarding. You will align client needs with internal teams, manage budgets, and maintain clear communications across stakeholders.

Candidate should have 5+ years in project management with data/BI exposure, plus familiarity with SQL, data flows, and analytics tools. This is a remote role based in the Philippines with coordination across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with data/BI engagements.
• Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and practices.
• Familiarity with data architecture, ETL/pipeline concepts, and data warehouse basics.
• Exposure to SQL and relational databases to understand data models.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data architecture, migration, and ETL/pipeline workstreams.
• Manage client and internal delivery teams and budgets.
• Translate technical scope into clear project plans and timelines.
• Support BI/dashboarding engagements alongside data infrastructure work.
• Maintain project plans, forecasts, and risk management.
