Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, encoding, or high-volume administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow defined processes and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Accurately extract invoice information from daily reports and encode data into the invoicing system.
• Perform self-checks to ensure entries are complete and accurate.
• Identify and flag discrepancies or exceptions outside SOPs.
• Escalate issues to internal teams per established processes.
• Meet daily volume targets to process data within 6–8 hours.
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed and adhere to ISMS policies.
