Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines powering well-governed data across the organization. You will work with data cataloging tools and implement observability to ensure data quality and trust throughout the pipeline.

You will contribute to data infrastructure that informs critical business decisions, combining pipeline engineering with governance discipline in a 100% remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data engineering.
Strong experience with ETL/ELT development.
Hands-on experience with AWS, including Glue and Redshift.
Experience with data cataloging using Collibra or similar tools.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with observability and monitoring for data pipelines.
Background in data QA.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud data infrastructure.
Implement data cataloging practices to ensure data assets are discoverable and well-governed.
