Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is seeking a Creative Asset Management Specialist to stand up and run a large, high-volume digital asset library. You will shape taxonomy, metadata standards, permissions, and workflows so 80+ stakeholders and 20–50 active projects are efficiently managed.

You’ll work between creative and technical teams to learn how assets are searched and used, define tagging conventions, and ensure ongoing library hygiene and versioning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DAM experience in a DAM platform.
• Deep experience with taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Build out and administer the DAM environment; migrate a large media library.
• Establish asset taxonomy, metadata, tagging, naming conventions, categories.
• Ingest assets; ensure assets are searchable and organized.
• Configure asset permissions and access levels across teams.
• Partner with designers and technologists to shape DAM structure.
• Support asset versioning and library hygiene.
• Document DAM processes and workflows as they are built.
• Ensure downstream workflows have well-structured assets and metadata.
