OutForce Inc. is hiring a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) to bridge business needs and technology.

You will translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions, configure D365 CE and Power Platform, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to drive end-to-end CRM projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis or techno-functional consulting and 3+ years with D365 CE, plus strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst or techno-functional consulting experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules and Power Platform.
• Experience with CRM implementations, integrations, data migration, system configuration.
• Agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and designs.
• Configure D365 CE, Power Platform, and data flows.
• Support integrations, data migrations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
