Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a Customer Development Manager in the Philippines. You will drive sales targets through 5P execution at direct retail points, build partnerships with CP/Direct retailers and service providers, and negotiate with buyers and merchandisers to strengthen store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Course.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods/ Customer Management of key accounts.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with drive to achieve results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Business-savvy with strong field execution and high level of customer & trade understanding.
• Able to work well under pressure with high integrity.
• Highly literate in MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sales and distribution performance and takes timely action to drive improvements.
• Engages customers to build brands through alignment, selling and negotiation.
• Regularly visits stores to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to develop and deliver strong commercial strategies.
• Leads development of 18-month rolling joint business plans at SKU level.
• Monitors 5P activity execution against agreements and objectives.
• Collects information on the external environment during promotions.
• Performs post-evaluation analyses and integrates learnings for future strategy.
• Identifies insights from post-evaluation analyses and incorporates learning.
