Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any business course.
• Minimum of 2 years in consumer goods / customer management of key accounts.
• Strong leadership with drive to achieve results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Business-savvy with strong field execution and good customer & trade understanding.
• Able to work under pressure with high integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Minimal supervision required.

Aufgaben

• Monitors sales and distribution performance, particularly for new products, and takes timely action to drive continuous improvement.
• Engages our customers to build our brands through strong alignment, selling and negotiation.
• Regularly visits stores to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to develop and deliver strong commercial strategies and plans based on shopper/category insights.
• Leads 18-month rolling joint business plans covering sales, volume, and profitability at PPG/SKU level.
• Monitors 5P activity execution against agreements/objectives and tracks interim performance.
• Collects information on the external environment during promotions.
• conducts post-evaluation analyses and learns from outcomes.
