Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives.
• Deploy iPad POS solutions and provide on-site or remote support as needed.
• Train clients on utilizing Lavu POS to optimize operations.
• Proactively reach out for quarterly reviews and continuous improvements.
• Travel up to 25% for onboarding and routine check-ups.
• Conduct health checks and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
