Job summary

VA Platinum is seeking an Australian Financial Planning Admin to support Australian clients from the Philippines, working with XPlan or Adviser Logic, assisting ROA preparation and implementing financial advice with accuracy and compliance.

You can be onsite in Cebu IT Park or work from home with a conducive setup. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential as you assist the senior team and coordinate with product providers.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of tertiary education in any discipline.
• Experience supporting an Australian Financial Planning business as a Financial Planning Administrator.
• Experience with CRMs, preferably Adviser Logic or XPlan.
• Knowledge of investment and/or insurance implementation processes.
• Prior experience preparing Records of Advice (ROA).
• Strong workflow management skills with attention to detail and organisation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong research and problem-solving abilities.
• Amenable to working onsite in Cebu City or with a conducive workspace at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing financial advice and client strategies.
• Prepare and review ROAs for compliance and accuracy.
• Collect, verify, and maintain client information and work papers.
• Prepare application forms and liaise with product providers for timely processing.
• Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
• Prepare and review investment reports, policy schedules, and other documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external entities to support research and recommendations.
• Note: 2-week paid holiday break and fixed weekends off, day shift schedule.
