Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join its CX team. Based in the Philippines, you will deliver human-centered support across B2C and B2B channels, guiding customers through KYC, digital asset transactions, and account management while working U.S.

business hours. This permanent, full-time remote role emphasizes owning issue resolution, communicating clearly and empathetically, and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing support in FinTech/crypto/payments.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex financial issues and read logs.
• Experience with Zendesk, Intercom or similar tools.
• Capable of working U.S. business hours from the Philippines.
• Direct exposure to digital assets or KYC/AML onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support via email and phone for KYC, transactions, and accounts.
• Investigate and resolve complex, financially sensitive issues from logs and dashboards.
• Deliver clear, empathetic responses without corporate jargon.
• Follow up on open items and escalate when needed to close tickets.
• Document context and contribute to runbooks to improve workflows.
