Job summary

Expedock is seeking an Outbound Community Specialist (Crypto Outreach) to expand the client presence within the crypto/Web3 ecosystem. You’ll identify communities, engage with founders and moderators, and introduce services in a value-first manner.

Role focuses on building authentic relationships, generating qualified opportunities, and collaborating with sales/partnerships teams. Remote-friendly environment with autonomous collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in Community Management, Business Development, SDR/BDR, Lead Generation, or Social Selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research relevant crypto communities across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, and forums.
• Join and participate in communities while following platform rules and etiquette.
• Introduce our services through value-based conversations with founders, moderators, and project teams.
• Qualify prospects and identify projects that may benefit from Expedock’s solutions.
• Book discovery calls or demos for the Business Development team.
• Track outreach activities using CRM and outreach tools; monitor trends and opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with internal stakeholders and collaborate with Marketing and Sales on messaging.
• Meet weekly outreach, engagement, and qualified lead targets.
