YO AI Labs is seeking a seasoned Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support revenue systems for a customer project. You will audit, reconcile, and optimize CRM operations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related platforms, ensuring clean data and scalable processes.

The role emphasizes governance, data integrity, and cross-system integration. Strong English communication and SaaS experience are essential for success in this remote contractor position.

Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, or ticketing.

Responsibilities

Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies and automation issues.
Analyze policy conflicts and define business rules.
Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
Create operational prompts and documentation for SaaS scenarios.
Document recommended system changes and decisions.
Assess CRM changes' impact on billing, CPQ, and related tools.
Provide insights on CRM optimization and governance.
