Job summary

Stark Asia Solutions Inc. is seeking an MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, customize, and support CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, along with integrations using C#, .NET, and Azure.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop solutions, and deliver enhancements in an Agile environment. This is a hybrid role (Manila – Eton Centris) with a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong MS Dynamics 365 CRM experience including customization and configuration.
• Proficient in OO programming concepts and design.
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP and SOA architectures.
• Experience with SSRS and CRM Reports.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems.
• Familiar with Azure tools and services.
• Power Platform exposure with Power Automate and canvas/model-driven apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CRM solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
• Analyze requirements with stakeholders and translate into functional specifications.
• Own and deliver software enhancements, minor projects, and defect resolutions in Dynamics 365.
• Lead offshore/onsite development teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure usability and performance across CRM modules and integrations.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment and participate in sprint ceremonies.
