Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced credit risk officers to train their AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own DCF, trading comps, and LBO modeling, and craft precise memos for institutional stakeholders.

This is a remote, flexible role offering paid expert calls and advisory opportunities. The position requires 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory, with expert document and slide craftsmanship and strong written

Qualifications

5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models
Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders
Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: DCF valuation models, trading comps, and LBO analyses
Prepare credit risk memos and covenant analyses for investment committees
Contribute to training data and quality control for AI language model outputs
