Emapta is hiring a Credentialing Specialist / Back Up On Call Support to ensure timely onboarding and regulatory compliance for qualified nurses serving US healthcare clients. The role features a night shift aligned with US Pacific Standard Time and a permanent work-from-home arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, onboarding or related admin functions.
• Proficiency in AlayaCare, with the ability to use the system independently.
• Strong organizational, documentation and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation for healthcare assignments.
• Review, verify and maintain credentialing documents and employment records.
• Verify medical licenses and professional certifications across applicable US states.
• Track background checks, TB tests, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Follow up on missing or expired credentials to prevent onboarding delays.
• Maintain credentialing records and compliance documentation in AlayaCare and related systems.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Scheduling teams to communicate onboarding progress.
