Job summary

Next Staffing Group is seeking a Creator Campaign Specialist to support our US Campaign Management team. You will review and vet creator profiles for influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign criteria.

This hands-on role requires sharp judgment, attention to detail, and solid social media knowledge. You will work with US-based Campaign Managers, reviewing hundreds of profiles daily, translating client requirements into consistent creator selections, and communicating

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of social media and influencer content.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply campaign criteria.
• Ability to interpret client requirements across many profiles.
• Fast, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Review and vet creator profiles for active client campaigns on the platform.
• Evaluate creators using client-specific criteria, including content quality, aesthetic, brand fit, audience, creator profile, and other campaign requirements.
• Review up to several hundred creator profiles per day, depending on campaign volume and complexity, while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client's brand and recognize the types of creators who would or would not be a good fit.
• Translate written client requirements and Campaign Manager guidance into consistent creator-selection decisions.
• Flag borderline profiles, open questions, or unclear criteria to the Campaign Manager rather than making unsupported assumptions.
• Incorporate feedback from Campaign Managers and quickly adjust selection criteria when needed.
• Communicate proactively with US Campaign Managers regarding progress, questions, and potential issues.
• Manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized tracking of completed work and outstanding creator reviews.
