more. is seeking a hands-on Creator Operations Coordinator to manage a consumer brand’s creator pipeline from sourcing and outreach through content delivery and paid-social activation.

This execution-first, part-time role requires about 15 hours per week with regular US business-hours overlap and reports to a Creative Strategist. You will source creators, negotiate terms, onboard partners, coordinate content delivery, and secure authorization for paid advertising.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years direct, hands-on experience conducting creator outreach and negotiation.
• In-house experience communicating with creators for a consumer/DTC brand.
• Experience sourcing micro- and mid-tier creators on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, ShopMy, or similar platforms.
• Experience guiding creators through terms, rights, and approvals.

Responsabilités

• Source relevant micro- and mid-tier creators across platforms.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, deadlines, and usage rights.
• Coordinate onboarding, gifting, and content delivery timelines.
• Manage creator relationships and track approvals for paid advertising.
• Maintain creator pipelines and provide updates to the Creative Strategist.
