The client is looking for a Creator Campaign Specialist to support our US Campaign Management team. This person will review and vet creator profiles for influencer marketing campaigns on the platform, ensuring that selected creators align with each client's brand, campaign objectives, and selection criteria. This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong judgment, excellent attention to detail, and a good understanding of social media and creator content. The right person will be able to understand what a client is looking for and translate those requirements into practical, consistent creator-selection decisions. The specialist will work closely with US-based Campaign Managers and communicate with them daily.
9:30 AM-5:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. The person must be available and actively working during these hours to collaborate in real time with the US Campaign Management team.
A strong person in this role can receive a campaign brief and quickly understand: What kind of creator is this client actually looking for? They should be comfortable reviewing high volumes of profiles, potentially several hundred per day, while maintaining sound judgment and close attention to detail. Over time, they should become calibrated to individual client preferences and make high-quality selections with less Campaign Manager direction.
Speed + good taste + attention to detail + organization + judgment
This is not simply a data-entry or checklist-based role. The person must be able to understand a brand, evaluate a creator's content and overall presence, and determine whether that creator is someone the client would want representing the brand.
