Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Marketing Account and Project Manager to lead influencer campaigns for international brands from post-sale onboarding through reporting. You will own the campaign lifecycle, coordinating creators, talent managers, and cross-functional teams across time zones in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project management, client success, or campaign management, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, or related role.
• Proven hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2).
• Ability to manage high-volume portfolios across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client relationships after new campaigns close by Sales.
• Serve as primary post-sale contact throughout campaign lifecycle.
• Present timelines, progress updates, and performance results professionally.
• Manage client expectations and ensure a consistently positive experience.
• Coordinate across multiple creators and internal teams across time zones.
• Develop campaign plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
