Job summary

GrowthAssistant is seeking an Ad Creative Video Specialist to join a fast-paced performance marketing agency. You will edit UGC-style video ads for e‑commerce brands across TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, applying direct response techniques and creative autonomy to produce high-quality variations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional video editing for performance ads, DTC brands, or agencies
• Strong portfolio of paid ad work with hook structures and CTAs
• Independent, self-sufficient editor who can work from light briefs
• Excellent written communication and ability to flag issues early

Responsibilities

• Edit UGC-style video ads for TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Brainstorm creative approaches from light briefs and build multiple variations for rapid testing
• Manage editing queue and meet weekly launch deadlines
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate production timelines and expand ad variation output
• Interpret ad performance data to inform future edits and improvements
• Run pre-submission QA and flag capacity or tech issues in real time
