Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Motion Graphics Editor to join our post‑production team. You’ll turn static assets into kinetic, high‑polish videos for social, TV, and digital campaigns, pushing brand identity and conversion through dynamic typography and effects.

Bring 3–5 years of motion graphics and video editing experience, a strong reel, and expert skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro. Collaboration with editors and art directors is essential to deliver scalable, on‑brand work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing (agency, broadcast, or high-end freelance).
• A strong reel showcasing not just animation skills, but a strong eye for design, layout, and typography.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects (compositing, expression scripting, shape layers) and Premiere Pro.
• Strong command of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset preparation.
• Bonus: Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus, but not required.
• Motion graphics must serve a purpose and guide the viewer’s eye to the CTA.
• Keep project files and pre-comps meticulous; render fast and manage version control.
• Strong English proficiency; interpret feedback from Art Directors clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic motion graphics for social media and TV ads.
• Bring static design assets to life using After Effects.
• Design engaging explainer sequences and infographics showing product USPs.
• Collaborate with Video Editors to layer motion graphics over live-action footage.
• Apply tracking, compositing, and screen replacements to boost production value.
• Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Create and optimize Motion Graphics Templates (.mogrt) for Premiere Pro.
• Develop reusable animation libraries and assets to speed up workflow.
• Stay ahead of motion design trends and experiment with plugins.
