Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional motion graphics experience with expert-level After Effects proficiency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and conceptual thinking.
• Experience with 3D/character animation; familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender or Maya is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

• Lead High-Impact Projects: Take charge of producing top-tier animations for social media, major campaigns, and branded content.
• Flex Advanced Techniques: Apply high-level visual effects, compositing, and advanced motion graphics to push the work to the next level.
• Work with AI Tools: Integrate cutting-edge AI tools into your workflow to speed up production, open up new creative possibilities, and support project innovation.
• Nail the Technical Specs: Oversee the final production and delivery of all motion assets, ensuring everything meets platform-specific specs while maintaining high creative standards.
• Bring the Big Ideas: Jump into brainstorming sessions with fresh, original perspectives to help inspire and guide creative direction.
• Keep Things Tight: Follow and maintain Tactical’s file management, composition organization, and Adobe Suite layering systems.

What You’ll Bring

• 6 Years in the Game: At least six years of professional motion graphics experience, backed by deep, expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Full Adobe Mastery: High proficiency across After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Killer Portfolio: A strong reel/portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and deep conceptual thinking.
• 3D & Character Animation (Big Bonus): Experience with character animation and familiarity with 3D tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is a massive plus.
• Cool Under Pressure: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight, quick-turnaround deadlines.
