Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a strong people leader to head the Creative Talent Management team. You will source, vet, onboard, and coordinate creative talent for performance marketing, UGC production, and design initiatives, while coaching the team to deliver qualified talent on time and to high standards.

You will drive team performance, develop talent processes, and build scalable systems as the business grows, working with Creative Leadership and stakeholders globally in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative talent management or related field.
• At least 2 years direct people management experience.
• Proven success developing teams, coaching, and improving performance.
• Experience establishing KPIs and monitoring results.
• Strong understanding of creative talent sourcing, screening, onboarding.
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, or content production projects.
• Ability to build scalable workflows and documented SOPs.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and talent pipeline tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Talent Management team to meet individual and team goals.
• Set performance expectations, define responsibilities, and hold accountability.
• Conduct regular reviews and development conversations with team members.
• Provide constructive feedback and manage difficult conversations professionally.
• Identify skill gaps, provide coaching, and support career growth.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new hires.
• Build ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own team KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and delivery targets.
• Monitor pipelines, capacity, turnaround times, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure talent databases and performance reports are accurate and used for decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, data-informed solutions.
