Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or related roles.
• Proven experience running and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign structures, targeting, creative testing, and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing marketing funnels.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and automated sequences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across paid social, funnels, and email.
• Create and test creative concepts, ad angles, messaging, hooks, and offers.
