Job summary

Kajabi is seeking an Associate Content Specialist to write and maintain help center articles and curate knowledge base content for our AI support agent. You will collaborate with product and support teams to ensure accuracy and clarity, while growing skills across content formats.

The role is remote with occasional in-person collaboration at our Manila office up to 3 times a year, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Content & Education.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer support, content, or documentation role.
• Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical details into clear, plain-language content.
• Curiosity about how AI support tools surface knowledge content.
• Comfortable learning new content and knowledge base tools.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain help center articles following the style guide.
• Verify documented steps against the live product before publishing.
• Curate and organize knowledge base content for the AI support agent.
